Nothing ever changes in the  town of Eldritch. 

That is until young Agnes's brother goes missing, a child not quite like the rest. Curating a band of misfit companions, they all work towards a common goal: tracking down Bogart. In their quest to find him, the gang will unravel dark secrets about Eldritch and its inhabitants, all while chasing a mysterious trailer that may hold the key to it all. But Agnes and her friends will need their wits about them.

The birds of Eldritch have eyes.

And they see all.

It would be easy for Evita to forget about where the gun came from and let her life return to normal, but its mysterious appearance won't stop nagging at her. When Evita starts asking questions Evelyn Sheer, the head of the city's Department of Energy, takes her captive and places her in a secret, underground research facility. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.

The convicted are thrust into an enclosed area and left there until only one remains alive. The last one standing gains his or her freedom and a secure job in the government. Belle and Derek are best friends and neither one are willing to kill the other, but when their circumstances change, they have a chance to fight back against the Elders that sentenced them. Now, they are fighting for the rights of their people and against everything that they have been taught.
