Daniel never expected to feel this. He'd never wanted to fall as hard as he did. The way Ana would get that far away glazed over look when she was deep in thought or the way her lips and face looked so sweet and soft, but feelings would grow stronger and friendships would become closer as did their hearts. Though happy endings don't always happen, there isn't always a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow and this certainly wasn't any rainbow or pot of gold and happiness
