Lucian Dogma is a Loup-Garou born in 1000 B.C. It is now in the early 2000's A.D. and a vampire has risen that threatens the secrecy of the supernatural world, Marshall Gale. On top of that in 2010 a 16 year old girl wrote a report on Loup-Garou and when she stumbles upon Lucian five years later she knows she's finally found one. Her arrogance has caused more trouble and with the help of the first werewolf Bishop, Lucian and others are trying to bring down Marshall and help the girl.
