In which regulus was never allowed to go after his brother ran away, being told he wasn't allowed ready. But finally one day his parents decide he's ready to go. The isssue with it though is he can't associate with his brother otherwise there will be consequences. Regulus knows if he doesn't follow his parents rules he could possibly lose dance forever.
