Twenty-year-old Rosaleen Young has lived her whole life by someone else's rules and demands. Now it is her time to finally break free from her family and start living her own life.

After years away from the outside world, she wasn't prepared for what was to come. Rosaleen could never have imagined that by one wrong turn, her whole life would be turned upside down.

Through different circumstances, she is met by two complications, Alexander and Cayden. They bring all the things she had dreamt of and more. They bring adventure, love, and light into her life. But as she's learned throughout her life, no light can exist without darkness. Because when their paths cross, Rosaleen also discovers a dark secret that will forever change her life. She is swept into a world of fear and danger, and the two men that love her will do everything they can to protect her.

In a story with love, lust, fright, tears, and blood, Rosaleen tries to figure out her life, and who she is meant to share it with. But who will she end up with, in the end? And will it be worth it after all the pain they go through?
