Sarah had no idea what she was getting into when she stopped at the old dark cathedral. She had stopped by to see if Sam was there with her uncle and aunt. Her parents died when she and her brother were just kids. The only reason she was staying with the Crawfords was because of Sam otherwise she would've have left this twisted household a long time back. 

Sarah had a plan that is to be free to do whatever she pleases, consequences be damned but that plan came to a pause when the cathedral blows up and she accidently witnessed the a group of  people on huge lion like animal- Leviathan she knew.
