Ever since Maxie's owners brought in a cat, Maxie has been trying her hardest to get it to go away. The cat acts like its the king of the house, and Maxie's owners pay almost no attention to her. Maxie soon learns that this is happening to houses all around the world, and so she might have to join the DPO (Dog Police Operation) and go to war in order to get the cat out before its too late.
