[On indefinite hiatus]

Six years have passed since Eoforhild's defeat, six years have passed since the curse that plagued Sharla was extinguished, six years have passed since Miles, prince of Sharla, was laid to rest. All seems well, and though the people of Sharla are wounded and grieving; slowly, the country has begun to heal. New buildings have arisen from the gray cinders of shambling towns and cities and the capital city of Chantelle is glimmering brighter than ever before. Everything seems well in Sharla, but with no king nor a prince to rule them, roots of evil once again begin to take hold. Though many of the nobles of Sharla--wicked lords and ladies who followed the influence of the nefarious Ganelon--were slain in the battle for peace, many of the ones remaining formed a council to fill the power gap and claimed Castle Desroches for themselves. Calling themselves the Nobles' Circle, the council uprooted many of the laws of Sharla and replaced them with their own, creating a tyrannous federation and thrusting it upon the people. Desolate and hungry, the people of Sharla have no choice but to submit to the circle.

One woman however refuses to acknowledge such oppressive nobles. Lisette, adoptive sister of the late prince Miles, has taken up arms against the Circle, but also against the people of Hailwic, a warmongering people who plan to strike Sharla down while it's still wounded so that they may expand their own kingdom. Though she has a sword in hand and a flame in her heart, Lisette knows that she cannot fight two fronts alone, and as such she travels across Sharla in search of like-minded warriors who will help her cause. With not much left to lose and forward being her only way to go, what will become of Lisette, and what will become of the Sharlan people?

As always, Fire Emblem belongs to Nintendo and Intelligent Systems. I'm not affiliated with either company and all rights belong to them. This is merely a story made for fun.

Based after How To Train Your Dragon: Hidden World and during the new Netflix series Rescue Riders. ------------------------------------------------------------ Since the dragons left Berk to live in the Hidden World, Hiccup had been missing Toothless desperately. Same would be said for Toothless. He missed his best friend. Besides from that, everything was going great for the both of them. They had started families with their lovers, Toothless was going good as the Alpha/King dragon and Hiccup was performing his duties as the Chief of Berk very well. But despite their lives being close to perfect, neither of them could shake the feeling of missing each other. So Astrid came up with an idea. Hiccup and Toothless could catch up while they go away for a couple of days. Both Berk and the Hidden World would be looked after well by their leaders wives. Hiccup and Toothless thought it was a great idea, so they accepted. And there was no doubt they were excited. But what would happen if they were caught in a terrible storm and crashlanded onto an island? With Toothless' self-working prosthetic tail broken, they needed supplies to fix it. But what if the island's protecters, the Rescue Riders, thought they were a threat and didn't know that they were about to fire blast the famous Dragon Master and powerful Alpha? ------------------------------------------------------------ I don't own anything except the plot of this FanFiction. #1 hiccupxreader Warning: LEMON, also, following this story will put you in major FEELS! I didn't change Hiccup or Toothless's personally btw:) summary- You knew Hiccup since you were children. You were the next ruler in line for your Island and hiccup was next chief in line for Berk. You'd fly your dragon from your island to Berk and meet in secret with Hiccup everyday deep in the woods. You were best friends. You'd tell each other everything. Throughout your teenage years, you were an inseparable couple. Everything was magical, until one day when you were being forced to marry a selfish man who everyone thought had the power to end a war. You loved only Hiccup, a man who no body on your island knew, or would ever approve of. Your strict parents would never let you marry a Viking. So you disappeared into a new far away place with your dragon, and you were never seen again. Hiccup and (y/n), an unbreakable bond. What happens when you are reunited with Hiccup and he is the only person that you want? Is it possible to make everything go back to normal, after you abandoned everything you knew? Was the new world where you truly belong? Or is it in Hiccups arms? I guess we'll just have to wait and see... -rude language, brief sexual content, gore descriptions- (Hiccup and Astrid are not dating in this story, but the whole gang are very good friends) Also, most of the artwork in this book isn't mine, notify me if you have credit/ it's yours. Also be sure to vote and follow me for more:) #1 hiccupxreader

Through thick and thin the Law shall prevail. A new sense of purpose awaits us, children of light, in the land where it all began. The darkness in which we once cowered in fear, now curbed by the might of our endless light. Come, brothers, come, sisters. Let there be peace among the wicked, just as the Law dictates. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. Don't let the radiance dim and don't let the mind turn bleak. Wake, young traveler. Bid thy farewells and burn thy bridges. It's time to say goodbye, curly head. Cross post from AO3. For a shorter and more on-point description, look no further! I had something silly written up before throwing it out in exchange for that wall of text upstairs. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Anyway, it's quite lengthy, but hopefully enjoyable? Slide a comment if you want, I'll give you a tiny kiss on the forehead. Man, do I love comments. (Lastly, to point out, English is not my native language, but I don't think it'll be much of an issue ;3)

Every person worldwide receives a gift from the Fates on their 18th birthday. The Fates are the original 6 magic wielders who fought against the Soulless eons ago. Corrupted creatures that chose the raw power of the gods over their mortal souls. They died out after the Great War of the Realms, or so people think. In the Empire of Duskpire, are 3 cities. Ironspire, the heart of nobles, higher-ranking citizens, and royalty reside. Noxford, the heart of the Educators, some higher Agriculture members, and higher-ranking members of Factory. Ashen City is the underbelly of the Empire where the rest of the Factory workers and Agriculture live. The poorest of the poor reside. Drexel Foster, an Ashen City citizen, an orphan at the age of 7 from an earthquake in the mines. Some say Nemora was angry that day for unknown reasons. Some wonder if the balance of the realms became corrupted. Each moment time passes, more things seem to not be as they are.
