[On indefinite hiatus] Six years have passed since Eoforhild's defeat, six years have passed since the curse that plagued Sharla was extinguished, six years have passed since Miles, prince of Sharla, was laid to rest. All seems well, and though the people of Sharla are wounded and grieving; slowly, the country has begun to heal. New buildings have arisen from the gray cinders of shambling towns and cities and the capital city of Chantelle is glimmering brighter than ever before. Everything seems well in Sharla, but with no king nor a prince to rule them, roots of evil once again begin to take hold. Though many of the nobles of Sharla--wicked lords and ladies who followed the influence of the nefarious Ganelon--were slain in the battle for peace, many of the ones remaining formed a council to fill the power gap and claimed Castle Desroches for themselves. Calling themselves the Nobles' Circle, the council uprooted many of the laws of Sharla and replaced them with their own, creating a tyrannous federation and thrusting it upon the people. Desolate and hungry, the people of Sharla have no choice but to submit to the circle. One woman however refuses to acknowledge such oppressive nobles. Lisette, adoptive sister of the late prince Miles, has taken up arms against the Circle, but also against the people of Hailwic, a warmongering people who plan to strike Sharla down while it's still wounded so that they may expand their own kingdom. Though she has a sword in hand and a flame in her heart, Lisette knows that she cannot fight two fronts alone, and as such she travels across Sharla in search of like-minded warriors who will help her cause. With not much left to lose and forward being her only way to go, what will become of Lisette, and what will become of the Sharlan people? As always, Fire Emblem belongs to Nintendo and Intelligent Systems. I'm not affiliated with either company and all rights belong to them. This is merely a story made for fun.

Every person worldwide receives a gift from the Fates on their 18th birthday. The Fates are the original 6 magic wielders who fought against the Soulless eons ago. Corrupted creatures that chose the raw power of the gods over their mortal souls. They died out after the Great War of the Realms, or so people think. On your gift day, you join 1 of 5 communities: The Force, the military in Emperor's fighting colors of black and grey. The ones who are given the relics left by the gods and bond with the mythical beasts of the land. Healers who wear calming colors of Empress' white and gold. Educators who teach the past in silver and purple. Agriculture follows Nemora the earth goddess in colors of browns and greens. Factory varies in many aspects in strict tan. In the Empire of Duskpire, are 3 cities. Ironspire, the heart of nobles, higher-ranking citizens, and royalty reside. Noxford, the heart of the Educators, some higher Agriculture members, and higher-ranking members of Factory. Ashen City is the underbelly of the Empire where the rest of the Factory workers and Agriculture live. The poorest of the poor reside. Drexel Foster, an Ashen City citizen, an orphan at the age of 7 from an earthquake in the mines. Some say Nemora was angry that day for unknown reasons. Some wonder if the balance of the realms became corrupted. Living with his aunt, Emberlyn Foster, until his gift day, he dreams of one day becoming a high-ranking general in The Force, to hopefully balance dynamics in Ironspire and Noxford. He doesn't know the world is a much bigger and scarier domain. The problems he thought were his main focus will disappear when faced with the possibility of Soulless returning and rumors of the Rebel Empire closing in on Duskspire. Drex will begin to wonder what is changing in his homeland. Nothing seems to be the same since the Emperor's death. With the Empress doing her best to maintain order. Each moment time passes, more things seem not to be as they are.
