An Air Bender from the Western Air Temple never having the chance to find balance within. She never knew how she managed to survive all these years, hiding from the Fire Nation but she still remained a nineteen-year-old girl. Fire Lord Ozai discovered her Air Nomad origins and he imprisoned her for three years. She got to meet the royal family before it was broken. When she managed to escape she ran away to the Water Tribes. She had been there ever since, protecting the defenseless people from the ruthless Fire benders as well as her bending. A new Air Bender appears, and it didn't take long when a Fire Navy ship arrived the deserted icy lands of the South. She will once again become the Fire Nation's prisoner but this time, in Prince Zuko's ship and things will never get back to normal. ~~~~~ I do not own the Avatar: The Last Airbender I only own the new character and some changes in the plot. COMPLETED! 'Aya's my angel and I'm never letting her go.' After seeing Azula strike Aang with her lightening, Aya's entire world fell into a black hole. She thought she lost her Avatar, her Aang, but after a miracle happened, Aang was brought back and she felt whole again. The whole world believes that the Avatar is gone and the Fire Nation has conquered Ba Sing Se, but thanks to Aya he is alive. Aya has discovered her true Fire Angel power and has full control over it, along with getting her Fire Wings. Ruka has finally found her long lost daughter and they were reunited after years of being apart. Aya felt joy and relief when she hugged her mother for the first time. Team Avatar has set foot in Fire Nation territory and are in disguise as typical Fire Nation citizens so they can put the invasion plan in action when the solar eclipse arrives. The team has to stay hidden incase someone sees Aang's arrows or Aya's wings. It won't be easy, but things have never been easy for Team Avatar. Aang believes he has to save the world on his own, but he isn't alone, he has his Fire Angel at his side. The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it. 'Aang's my Avatar and I'm never letting him go.' Go check out book 1 and book 2 if you haven't already.

5 years after the end of the 100 year war and the defeat of Lord Ozai, Fire Lord Zuko and Avatar Aang have succeeded in producing a plan for the new Republic City, that will become a safe haven for immigrants from all nations that have been displaced by the war. When Zuko receives reports of a group of four bandits stealing from the construction site he calls the Gaang back together to figure out their plan. However, Aang is distracted by one key point in the case: there appears to be an airbender on the team of bandits...is he no longer "The Last Airbender?" Heimat: a place that you can call home; a sense of belongingness, acceptance, safety and connection to homeland A decade has passed after the final battle between the Avatar and the Fire Nation, a decade after the defeat of their Fire Lord. It is a time of prosperity for most, but the crimes commited during the war couldn't be reversed. Benders were taken away from their families, people were slaughtered, their belongings, homes and land taken away. This, had been the instance when it came to the northwest part of the Earth Kingdom, that had went on to become the Fire Nation colonies. The people of the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom lived on in the land that was given to them and gradually, they became one. They collaborated and cooperated in order to live and so they got richer, learnt to depend on each other for their survival. By the end of the war, the people, even though they came from different backgrounds, were one. A decade after the end of the war, the Avatar is commanded to solve the matter of whether the former Fire Nation citizens need to move or not. Aang believes the nations need to be separated. The people in the colonies do not, hatred starts to grow in their hearts. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives. NOTE: Any characters that do not appear in Avatar: The Last Airbender belong to me. The atla universe belongs to the creators.
