Blue
Blue is living example of how brutal the foster system is. The only way she knows how to protect herself is by pushing everyone away, to detach herself from those around her. Trust isn't something she knows how to do. Self-sabotage on the other hand-it's her best talent. After another failed attempt at finding a family, Blue decides to run. She'd rather take her chances alone on the streets than go through another gruelling process of trying to fit in with a new family who would never understand her. Convinced she's destined to be alone, fate intervenes and Blue cross paths with a horse who seems just as lost as she is. She can't explain it, the undeniable connection she feels with the stallion. But whenever she looks at him, she can see her own pain and fear reflect in his eyes-something they both seem to find comfort in. A deep friendship blossoms. A dynamic of mutual understanding and trust is found in the most unlikely way. But with it comes the shadows of a past that threatens to tear them apart and ruin the special bond forged between them. This is a tale of how two lost souls find hope in the most unexpected way, and their fight to protect it.Terminé
Ally
Ally Johnsen was an ordinary horse loving 14 year old girl until the day came that would change her life, forever. After a big fall during a competition, Ally is blinded. She moves away to start a new life away from New York and big cities, in a new neighborhood in California. Ally is taken away from her best friends, her horse, and her old life. Moving isn't easy in the first place, meeting new people, going to a new school, and having a new house, but when your blind? It seems like the hardest thing ever, especially when you are only 14. Cole Weston is mad at the world. His father for leaving him and his mother when he only was six, his former friends for betraying him, and his step-dad and mother for dying in a car crash. But, when Cole meets Ally, he sees that everyone might not be bad and hope for her as well. Ace is an abused 4 year old horse, he has been through hell and back, until he finds himself free from his old life and in a new place. One day he sees Ally and, just like Cole, realizes that she is different. Will two "broken" souls be able to mend each other with the help of horses? or will it all come crumbling down?Terminé

Barbie to Farmgirl.
"Here, let me help.." I suddenly felt Trevor's warm presence behind me. My eyes watched as he slowly trailed his hands down my arms. Tingles flying in every part of my body as his hot breath fanned my soft skin, whispering "Ready?" into my ear. I slowly nodded, his hands landed on top of mine, both of us now holding the shovels handle. His chin rested on my shoulder, his manly cologne filling my nostrils. I bit down hard on my lip as his thumb gently traced my hand before slowly pulling the shovel up into the air, his grip on my hands tightened as we brought it down, instantly breaking the soil to pieces. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Spoilt and used to getting her own way, Adriana is in for a shock when her parents decide to send her to a small town to live with her Grandparents for the summer. Being the drama queen that she is, she thinks her life is ending when she is torn out of her bright and colourful clothes and put into a pair of overalls to help out at her grandparents farm...She soon meets Trevor, a farmer boy who isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty and in her own words "totally not her type". That soon changes though, when she gets to know him and learns very quickly how lucky she actually is. Will Adriana realise that there is more to life than just clothes, parties and money...or will she stay the same and return back home after summer with the same attitude she left with? • Highest ranks: #1 in Summer romance #1 in Rich girl #2 in Farmgirl ⚠️This book contains strong language⚠️Terminé

Saving Grace
"Dance with me." While I knew it wasn't a demand, it wasn't a question either. I hesitated and he noticed. "Come on Grace, give this gentleman the honor of a dance." "I don't see a gentleman anywhere." He chuckled, stepping closer and tucking his thumbs into his tight jean pockets. He looked like every woman's dream--dark jeans that hugged him sinfully, golden-tanned skin contrasted by his white-fitted shirt, a black, wide-brimmed cowboy hat, and a smile that could send any woman on her knees. Not to mention a voice that coated your skin like silk sheets. I hated how much I noticed. "You're right, but I would like the honor anyway... ma'am." ********************* Meet Grace--living the city life, reserved, eager to please, loyal to a fault. Feeling empty for reasons she's not yet sure of, she's adamant on chasing anything that makes her feel free. Meet Colt--living the country life, private, stubborn, outspoken. Feeling empty for reasons he's well aware of, he hides in his daily routine. Grace can't seem to figure out why she holds nothing back when it comes to Colt. He's absolutely infuriating. Colt can't seem to understand the affect Grace has on him, and why he cares what she does. She's entirely maddening. When the two get lost in the wilderness, it's up to Colt to get them back. Can they put their differences aside long enough to survive? Is it Colt who will save Grace, or is it she who will be his saving grace?
