Akatsuki are the popular gang going around villages and doing under the table jobs.
Sakura and Naruto are on a simple mission, until they run into the Akatsuki. They are captured by Itachi and are brought back into their hideout. Sakura is kept in one room while Naruto is kept in plain sight since they need to keep track of his nine tails.
Sakura ends up falling for one of them, or two...and is confused about the whole thing.
