The City of Cold Hearts

It was another cold night in London, during the reign of Queen Victoria, when Tylia Masken is pushed into a club house of sort on her way home. The club was unlike anything Tylia had ever seen, but before soon the party is stopped when a band of hooded shadowhunters walk in. The shadowhunters are new to Tylia and she suspect's they could be of use to her unusual problem.
