Magnus was naturally excited to have a new neighbor, maybe they could be the one with whom he could gossip with about other neighbors, to whom he could go to ask for sugar when he runs out and do other... neighborly stuff - at least have a friend in this building.
But apparently, the universe disagrees, giving Magnus another asshole neighbor who cares about no one and blasts Miley Cyrus at 10 in the night. So here he is, trying to tell said neighbor to lower the volume and let the others sleep--
