On June 26, Atsuko Urameshi was going to give birth to twins. A boy and a girl. The Doctor said "Congratulations Mrs. Urameshi, your baby boy is here!" The second Doctor came in and said "I am so sorry, but your daughter didn't make it Mrs. Urameshi.
7 Years later, Yusuke asked his mother "Mom, do miss my sister?" Atsuko Urameshi said "Yes, that's why I do this memorial for her every year on your birthday." Yusuke said "I miss her too, I wish I could have known her better."
