"Here you go." He said, putting the plates in front of me. He gave me a fork and knife, along with butter and a small bowl filled with syrup. I looked at him, and raised an eyebrow. "If I die of food poisoning, I'll make sure my family sues you." I said, seriously. He smirked. "Touché." _________________________________ Arranged marriages are messed up. Many people think so. So it's bad when a person who agrees to agree that arranged marriages are wrong, suddenly finds out that she is in one. Really bad. Especially for me. I hate arranged marriages. But if life is a pain, you got to expect something, right? Well, I thought I've already had my stuff from Sherlock. But reality isn't like that. Instead, the weight put on my shoulders was unacceptable. I am supposed to be legally bound to a big-headed, careless, man-whore, billionaire, by the name of Daniel Stevens. I, Samantha Chris, am in an arranged marriage. _________________________________ Copyright © 2014 TheInfiniteImaginer

He doesn't believe in flowers. To him, they're pointless things that wilt too easily, just like trust and loyalty. But when his billionaire family forces him into an arranged marriage to fix the image he destroyed, they choose her. A quiet florist with earth-stained hands and a spine that doesn't bend. She isn't what he expected. And he is everything she was warned about. Their marriage was never meant to be real. Just a transaction, a polished illusion for the world to see. But resentment burns hot, and anger can blur into something far more dangerous. Because the only thing more reckless than falling for a man like him is watching him fall for you.
