Meet Akane Shinda, a girl who's pretty much convinced Nietzsche had the right idea. She comes from a long line of museum and archeology folk her parents most notably working and meeting at the British Museum. She knows they also got married in the courtyard, but is a little wary of finding what other part of her birth were done surrounded by mummies and dead history. Her parents may as well have been O'Connell and Evy. However, every family as a black sheep and Akane is she. Not only bored to tears with ancient history, she's pretty bitter than her entire family has dedicated their lives, their living years, to digging up dead things and dead people. Which is why she was sent to live with the other black sheep of her family, her aunt, Natsuko Shinda, and single defense lawyer who spends most of her evenings drunk off her skunk and still manages to get up at 6AM every weekday. Akane's theme song could probably be "Teenage Dirt Bag" especially in the prospect of falling for the sweetest guy she's ever met.
