Deku sat there on top of the roof, ready to end it all. "Isn't this what you wanted, kacchan?" He said as he began to fall, then a large hand grabbed his leg and pulled him back. Deku practicality screamed " Who are you?!" The man replied. "My name is Cletus Kasady and this creature surrounding me is Carnage." "Are you going to kill me?" No, I am dying and and carnage needs a new host."

Summary; At the age of 23 the heroes Deku and Dynamight are on a mission together when feelings come out, messy and sloppy, terrible confessions later hurt and angry they turn away because of their inability to communicate with each other. It goes so far that Deku can not even bring himself to call him Kacchan any more, now calling him Bakugo much to the confusion and concern of their friends and coworkers. Everything changes though when as usual Deku doesn't think and moves, his need to save Kacchan, his Kacchan, driving any and all other thoughts from him, he dies in Bakugo's arms. Hours passed but Bakugo can't move from that spot, on his knees he just holds Deku's limp, lifeless body in his arms. Deku's last words repeating themselves over and over in his head. Tear tracks could be seen by anyone who dared to look at the broken hero in his grief. Suddenly time seems to stop, when he looks up he sees rain floating as if frozen in time, a woman shrouded in a green hood stands in front of him, most of her face covered by her hood, he could only see her mouth and chin. "Do we have a deal, Hero?" She asked her voice closer to bells than that of a woman's. "I have a condition, I can't ever see him die again. Give me his injury and let him live," Bakugo's words hung in the air and a clap of thunder rang in air when before there was none, there was now a flash of lightning above them, also frozen in place. After spending so much time with villains, I no longer thought of the word the same. "If you ask villains their story, you'll probably think they'd make pretty good protagonists. We always see things from the hero's perspective but we rarely ask how the villain ended up the way they are. The heroes are the real villains if you ask any villain, and even villains can be a hero to someone." ~~ I killed someone. I know he deserved it, yet I still couldn't look down at my own hands the same. Dried blood covered the bandages I wore around my wrists when I train with Stain. I had no choice but to accept it.
