Instead of the villains dying, they will be sent to mental facility run by the Speedwagon Foundation. Then, the jojos and their friends have to deal with the fact that they all have kids. All of the main villains and some side villains. Then, all of the kids go missing. An enemy stand user had wanted to revenge on the Joestars by kidnapping all of the kids. Knowing that if the parents found out, hell would've been raised. However, a worker that knew about the plan and was blackmailed not to tell. Once the worker had enough and told them. However, the plan was still worked. Now the JoJos and allies must team up with their villains to save them.

Jotaro's been gone for almost three months on a business trip, leaving Kakyoin and their five year old daughter, Jolyne, completely alone. At least one-three times a week Jotaro will call home, just checking in. But one sunny afternoon when Kakyoin picks up the phone, that's not the case. In the town where Jotaro was sent to work, Morioh, stand users are popping up one after another. But they've been easy enough for the most part. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone.
