The recent Cannibal killings have been plaguing Raccoon city since April of 1998. (F.N) Frost, a recent graduate of Raccoon College, ignored the first murder, but when the bodies of nine and seven year old Becky and Priscilla McGee were found mutilated beyond recognition, it caught the attention of not only (F.N), but the rest of the city. It was at that time (F.N) knew this wasn't a normal open and shut case. Going against everyone's warnings to leave it be, (F.N) couldn't shake the feeling there was more going on. Something.... sinister. But, her meddling has caught the attention of some powerful and dangerous people. Will she be able to get to the bottom of this case before it's too late? Or will her meddling uncover something she would rather have not known? Maybe, (F.N) realizes too late that she's just one player in this dangerous game, and if she doesn't play her cards just right, she might very well be the next victim.
