DeanxOC [AU] ~intense love story, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, trauma~ Dean is devastated, questioning himself and the whole world. When Sam explained to him what had happened with the Djinn, he was sure that he'd manage to get the "old" Angie back anyways. But after experiencing first hand that it only took her a few hours to start a new life without him, Dean decided to let her go for good. Meanwhile Angie gets a job at a secret task force after re-connecting with an old friend. He introduces her to new people and a different way of hunting. Without the trauma caused in hell, she seems happier than ever. If only she didn't feel like there was something crucial missing all of the time. When Castiel sends the Winchesters to find Angie to get her help against Lucifer, not only old but also new feelings spark. How long can Dean hide the history between him and Angie? What has all of that to do with their destiny that the angels had predicted for them?
