She'd always loved the way a car's head lights looked speeding through the dead sky. Cutting through it with a golden streak, almost like urban stars she liked the think of it. If they were the stars was she the sun? Nah, she preferred to think of herself as the moon in her universe. The universe that consisted of a dirty warn curb, the florescent read glow of the petrol station sign and her own little shooting stars. She didn't want planets in her universe. They got in the way she thought, much like people do. She thought though that maybe she wouldn't mind having a sun there with her, for a universe where it was only her and the stars that co-exist can get a little, not lonely but, well yeah. Lonely.
