Tommy had had enough of Wilbur. After being told he would never become president, Tommy left Pogtopia to clear his mind but lost himself in a forest. 

By chance, he met his enemy and was ready to fight, but the president of Manberg was defenseless and wanted nothing more than to talk with Tommy. 

A fight between allies and a deal with the enemy is all it takes to bring Manberg down, but at what cost?

He was done with Dream, he was done letting people hurt him, he was done with L'manburg and how much pain that place alone had brought him. "It's a place that only holds sorrow and fear now, Tommy." Wilbur had said, his brown eyes dull as he spoke. "It's brought grief even to us, hasn't it." Wilbur looked at Tommy before he continued. "It's not the place I built, L'manburg not the place that you and I loved." How right Tommy realized Wilbur was. The place he had once called home was no more than a breeding house for the chaos and sadness that now plagued the SMP. He wished he hadn't been so blind in the beginning, listened to Wilbur. But he had hoped that L'manburg wasn't a lost cause, that what he had fought so hard for was still salvageable. But he knew that L'manburg was always meant to fall, and they had only delayed it's downfall. "I-I'm sorry Wilbur... I should have listened to you." When a god informs of an island afar, where in a different timeline people will die, ongoing war is fought, and disks are used as a bargaining chip, he can't not get involved. It's up to him to rewrite these strangers future, or else the inks stains of another timeline will bleed over the pages till nothing is left. Even if it means forgetting who he is with each sacrifice. To Karl, it's worth it, if he can keep everyone safe and from turning into someone they're not. Especially Quackity.
