Liu Yang is a Rogue Cultivator, who travels around China fighting monsters and saving the innocent. Her life as a cultivator prevents her from settling down in a place for too long. But that doesn't mean she can't sometimes enjoy the simplicity of life.

And so when one of her adventures brings her to CaiYi, Gusu, she's bound to have a lot of fun and maybe have a once in a lifetime chance to stand face-to-face with the first Jade Lan.

'Oh how she's dreamed of this moment.'

Story is just sort of a bunch of drabbles. Not really any plot. There might be.
The story takes place after canon, in the novels/drama/manhua.

Update: there's plot now. Not a well thought out one but a plot nonetheless.

Wei Wuxian opens his eyes in a strange room. The past memories rush in but along with the memories of the loss and the hatred is the distinct memory of his own death. It takes him a while to realize that the body he inhabits is not his own. He has been dead for sixteen years. The World has changed a lot. The Jin Clan of Lanling fell when Jin Guangshan died and Jin Guanyao fled to avoid being punished for crimes against humanity, namely the ill treatment of the Wens. The cultivation world is in disarray with no known leader and no order. The ordinary people suffer and to end this suffering Mo Xuanyu, the son of a cultivator who failed to make a mark, performed the self sacrificing ritual to unite the cultivation world, to provide a leader that will help people rather than harm them. In a village few miles from Ciayi Town, Wei Wuxian grappled with the realization that he had been resurrected with the purpose of being targeted by all the sects all over again, so that in standing against a common enemy the cultivation world unites once more. However this time around, he has a golden core, though weak, and the added advantage that no one knows this face. What he didn't make allowance for was a person who knows his soul. P.S. Unlike my other fanfics that take the characters and weave a light fluffy romance (with light SMUT) around them this story deals with themes of social injustice, personal voice, identity crisis, self harm, suicide, violence and death. Please proceed with caution

As a child, Wei Wuxian had been rescued from living on the streets and taken in by the Lans. Being haunted by his past, he slowly got better in the care of everyone in the Cloud Recesses. One day however, he joins in on guest lectures and his whole world turns upside down. OR Wei Wuxian is traumatized, Lan Wangji and Lan Xichen are his caring brothers and Jin Zixuan is an awkward idiot who unconsciously bullies the one he has fallen for until he finally realizes his own feelings. This work is based on request from Olivia Hawkins: "A canon divergence fic where WWX's a blind and a selective mute due to being raped and abused when he was on the streets as a child. Instead of being found by JFM, he's found by QHJ and is taken as a Lan disciple instead. Like LWJ, JZX eventually falls in love with WWX but can't act on his feelings for him because he's engaged to JYL." This fic will contain themes and mentions that may be trigerring, please read the warnings and tags I used and proceed at you own discretion. English is not my first language so I apologize in advance for any mistakes. I am also not very familiar with chinese culture, customs nor naming conventions so this work may in some places not be 100% accurate. I do not own any characters I have used in my story, this is purely a work of fan fiction. Hope you will enjoy reading :)
