This is a Beauty and the Beast Retelling like you've never seen before. They say Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. He's a pompous rich British boy. She's a beautiful bronze statue come to life by his touch. He's well versed in the vain ways of the world. She is innocent and pure as a child. Both cursed and can only be made free by learning to see what the other cannot see. The Eye of the Beholder is about true love, unadulterated by perceptions of beauty and concepts of good and evil. The evil, cruel stepmother hates her because of her beauty and kindness. Her stepsisters treat her worse than animals. She was once loved and cared for. Will she still believe in love and kindness, after all the cruelty she faced? A night of magic and love, brings them both together. But, will they be able to help free each other of the burdens they carry?
