[This is a short story written for English class. Credit to my classmate and friend Anna, who was also part of this project.]

Fay and Amanda have been dating for 3 years now. The finish line is within sight as Amanda proposes to Fay, a 25 year old Hispanic woman. During their time in a café planning the wedding, Fay notices people staring at them. Has it always been like this, or did the proposal change things? Is Fay gonna change her mind after 3 years of dating and 10 years of friendship?

The more they watcher her the more they wanted her. Selena, a 19 year old female hiding who she really is, a little. she spots a couple looking at her through the window while she was in the ice cream shop. What happens when she see the same couple at a littles convention? Do they take her home? Will she open up to them about her past? Or will things go down hill? ________________________________________ The pretty lady, with brown hair, walked over to me. I noticed it was one of the ladies from the ice cream shop window. "Hey princess what's your name?" Asked the very pretty lady. "S-Selena" I whispered. "What a pretty name princess mine is Jessie" she replied back. Before I got to say anything another beautiful lady walked up to her and kissed her. "Now who's the beautiful young lady?" She asked. I couldn't reply cause I was to busy blushing to think about a response. Jessie ended up replying for me, "Billie meet Selena, Selena meet Billie". This is when my life started getting better. The princess was running fast through the pouring rain trying to get away from him. Her muscles ached but she continued. She looked back thinking she had lost him until she bumped into something. It was him. They stood there, just staring at each other. The princess could tell the prince was injured because he stumbled toward her. He dropped his sword, "wha- what are you doing *prince name*?" he gave a slight smirk but also winced in pain. "You win princess, you were always going to". She stood there trying to process the words that he just spoke and what had just happened. "You heard me princess, now's your chance to finally end it all." The princess got her dagger and aimed it at his heart, he stood there, accepting his fate. "I love you *princess name*, my princess" as he said those words... guess you'll have to read to find out 😉 (sorry if the chapters are short, I wrote them all in google docs so each part is one full page on google docs. This isn't related to this story but, Hi i'm Kate. this is my first fully written story, though its only a short story i'm very proud of myself for fully committing to one theme and finishing it. This short story is very over dramatic and complicated because its my first story but I hope you enjoy. Description: "What are your summer plans?" My teacher asks the class. My classmates respond with the basic responses, vacation, beach, and hanging out with friends. I respond with vacation, but I don't even want to go to Orange County. It's not too far from where I live, but Sana Cruz and OC is a long drive. The bell rings, that means it's summer, that means I have to spend a whole summer away and with my dad, but my friends and I have plans to go have a bonfire at the peer tonight so at least ill have that before I leave all summer.
