"Tell me about your daughter, Ms. Light." "Her name was Desederia April Light. Of course, she made everyone call her Daya for sake of causality, but she nonetheless was an amazing girl. She had bright amber eyes, gorgeous curly hair, and she aspired to be a firefighter because she loved helping people. She wanted to save lives. Her favorite color was orange because she claimed that it was under appreciated, and she adored Autumn because of the vibrancy. She was obsessed with sunflowers, too. She was just a normal girl, just a normal kid." "So then what happened?" "I..don't know. Things just changed one day. She grew paranoid and quiet, her grades dropped, and she'd beg us to stay home. I'd just tell her to grow up, but I should've listened." "But you really don't have an idea of why?" "I wish that I did. I wish I knew then what I know now, and I wish I took the matter more seriously when she tried to tell me." "So, Ms Light, tell me, do you think we'll find her?" "I don't know. My Summer of Writing and Stuff
The summer of my 5th grade year, my mum made me and my sisters type a page of something everyday. She didn't care what we typed, as long as we were writing and creating something. At first, I saw it as torture, so I tried so leave as many spaces as possible in my writing to fill up the pages faster. Eventually, I started to enjoy writing the stories, and now that I look back at them (as much as I hate to admit it) it actually wasn't that bad. This book contains everything I wrote during that time, and I didn't change a single word as I transferred the stories from my computer. There aren't as many stories as you would think, because I didn't write for the entire summer, but there's quite a few. Some are short stories while others are longer, but I hope you enjoy all of them. It's quite a mess, really. And I'm not joking when I say that. (I used the Canva app to create the cover. ~Her words were my poison. I used them to consume myself. Disturbingly honest. Painfully strained. Carefully penned down. Dangerously addictive.~ A journal that landed in the right hands and told a whole story with words, no lips could speak. Two people bound by the pages of a book that tore their souls apart. He found it lying around and wondered what could go wrong. He didn't recognise the handwriting but he knew he instantly fell in love with it. Then it began. The assault of words on his life. He couldn't believe a word she wrote but somehow he did. He knew more about her than anyone else but he knew so little about who she was... It was maddening. How someone could have such an impact on you without having a single conversation with you. Her precious words tortured his existence, they drowned him in misery, created a black hole of words around him, gave him everything he needed to live. Made him fall in love. Gave him a world of his own. Made him believe in rainbows, unicorns, coffee, the basis of happiness, the meaning of every sunrise, the mystery of every deep ocean, she made him human. He knew he had to find her. He had to find out who she was. He had given him all the clues he needed but none of them were enough to prepare him for who she was. But sometimes... [COMPLETED] When Summer get out of the hospital for the summer her parents give her an tickets to the Wraped tour.She wanted this so much that she started searching girls to hangout with them and go around the country. summer is 19 years old and suffers from deep depression and a few suicide attempts but now she realize that she can fix everything and start over. While she trying to find Vegan food she meets two girls who looked really sad and out of place. In the 120 days of summer she gets two best friends,love and find herself. ~~~ Please don't kill me! Highest ranking #8 in non-fiction (16 June 2017) *Outstanding because I stand outside all friendship squads. It turns out there is a lot that happens when you're not part of the group. No boyfriend or friendship drama, but a whole lot of stories that you might find interesting. These are my memoirs.
