(Y/N) (L/N), grandson of Maria, son of one of the best scientist in Atlas, Dr. Elizabeth (L/N)-Calavera, wanted to become a Huntsman just like his father since he was little. To do this, he trained under the eye of his grandmother since he turned ten. Years passed and (Y/N) finally arrived in Vale to attend Beacon Academy. But what will happen when he meets a certain girl with the red hood? Read to find out!

Hello everyone, so I had some free time and while writing my thesis I found out that LeeandLie uploaded her cover of Red Like Roses Part II. I loved it as well as her covers of Kiss of Death from DiTF and Before My Body is Dry from KlK. It inspired me to start this book early.

Due to Qrows' semblance and a messy end to they're relationship, He was mostly absent but he did try to be there for the children when he could. But everything soon went down hill when Summer disappeared. The children where heartbroken but Tai, saddened and enraged at Summers disappearance began to take his frustrations out on the children. Y/N would try to make the most of it, and protect Yang and Ruby from Tais' wrath, often times taking a beating and going without food for days. As time went on Tai got increasingly worse, and Y/N became the sole target of abuse. Yang and Ruby would try to help as best they could but it wasn't enough, Y/N could bare it no more. Y/N attempted to contact Qrow and reveal the conditions and fear they lived in, But Tai got him first. Beaten bloodied, Y/N would take a moment to recover and escape with his sisters....
