But Luz has changed, she was mean, quiet, hostile and had mad trust and anger issues she also developed Hemophobia (fear of blood) and Traumatophobia (fear of having an injury). When joining Hexside the girls there were mean and harsh like the kids at her human school, but Luz learned how to stick her ground there at her human school. Luz would stand her ground and be mean to literally everyone that got in her way. "Keep your friends close," she said before gripping my hand in hers, "and your enemies closer."

Being thrown into a war much more significant than they ever knew Luz and Amity must face and overcome multiple obstacles if they want to find the cure this new world so desperately needs. It wouldn't be easy and with Luz hiding a much darker secret of her own what would come of them? One thing for certain, this new journey would be far more treacherous than the first. And with threats around every corner, this could become something they may not be able to come out of unscathed.
