To read this story, prior knowledge of the show or any of the characters isn't needed:) When Kenma first notices his feelings for his best friend, Kuroo, he is still in middle school. The years that follow are filled with a whole lot of pining, and Kuroo being his all around perfect self doesn't exactly help the situation.
