In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. They clashed in a mad race to slaughter the other. It was brutal. In the end, it was RSFSR who was able to kill his sister and proclaim his new union: The Soviet Union. He obtained his father's scars, but it was worth it for the pure power. Power was all that mattered to the Russian family, after all. After the Russian Republic left, she began reading her father's diary. She didn't know why she'd brought it with her. Maybe it would give her the answers to succeed... Or maybe it would tell her why she failed just like he did.
