If that were to ever happen, God Slayers are to act. They cleanse and save the Gods. However, there are times when they must be killed in order to reincarnate.
Out of all of the Slayers, one is to act on that first. Jake, a rookie Slayer who has joined the ranks with ulterior motives. Unlike the majority of Slayers who act out of religious desires, he acts out of hate.

However, often, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and as his journey progresses, the world suffers the consequences.
