Uchiha Sasuke is a Cambion, half human-half demon.
For hundred of years their race had been believing in a Prophecy that one human being will be born to become their God's vessel and rule the world.
That human will bear a diamond seal on its forehead, that seal will give the human monstrous strength and regeneration abilities.
It was said that the seal will only weaken on the night of a Blood Moon, thus it's the perfect time to sacrifice the human.
Uzumaki Naruto is a Nephilim, half human half angel who are mortal enemies with Cambions, They're like the Yin and Yang.
For the Nephilims the human born with the seal is a threat to their kind thus, it's a must for them to kill it before Cambions gets a hold of it.
Thus starts the story of an average girl named Haruno Sakura dreaming to save people's lives by becoming a doctor not knowing there's more to her than her scrubs and medical books.

The other male character, Sasuke Uchiha, is an ordinary boy who doesn't go out. He keeps to himself and only ever talks to his brother, Itachi, and his knucklehead best friend who he loves, Uzumaki Naruto.
