- This is of course a Jasonette Fanfic. This story will also have some references to the One-Shot I did in my other book so you can all go check it out. - MDC and Nettie will be included. Marinette an intelligent, extroverted sunshine found by the league trained to kill but still sweet. Damian a smart introverted boy, raised in the leage to be the next leader he has a heart of thick ice only his sunshine can melt. One fateful day deathstroke attacked causing the fated duo to have to separate. Marinette was sent to live with ex-assasins in France while Damian was sent to Gotham with his father. Unknowing when they'd meet again they gave eachother something to remember them by. Years later Marinette is stuck in a class full of dumb sheep. During her stay in paris she had made friends, or so she thought till an attention seeking munipulator named Lie-la- I mean Lila. Her lies prove that they weren't, proves that they also aren't to smart considering one internet search can prove her wrong. Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Jason Todd have been best friends since they were little kids, before Jason fled to the streets of Gotham. Both raven-haired kids grew up with identical pasts and backgrounds, and both connected with each other because of it. The two honorary siblings quickly became adoptive siblings after Jason fled to the streets after his dad went to jail and mom died, thanks to Sabine Dupain-Cheng adopting him at Marinettes begging and pleading, much to Tom Dupain's anger. Jason had Sabine and Mari's hearts and love for him, and the two had his, but never had Tom's, not that he cared. He hated the man because of the way he treated Mari and Sabine, which was like his bio father did to him, and Tom hated him because he'd lived in the streets and wasn't biologically part of the Dupain-Cheng family, so he got treated the same, but the abuse was 10x as bad. All Jason and Mari cared was that they had each other, and that they would be ok if they had each other by the other's side. But everything changed when Tom had finally had crossed the line, and that was the line that would change the siblings forever. 10 years later, Jason was adopted by billionaire Bruce Wayne aka Batman, has 7 other adoptive siblings, and is Red Hood... whenever he isn't traveling the world, looking for his beloved Pixie Pop. Marinette thinks her older brother is dead, and she lives alone with Tom. Hawkmoth is defeated, and the young Gothamite is broken beyond imagining. Can Jason, and maybe the rest of the Wayne family, bring the light back into her eyes and help her? Or will everything get a whole lot worse for her and Jason?
