Emerald Elmesdale is normal in many ways. At least she feels normal.

After winning the election for President she's elated to finally tell the citizens of Elora about the future she plans for them, but something in her speech lands her in political exile.
Her planet has a dark secret that, Emerald soon finds out, has something to do with her uniqueness. The nobles would do anything to keep this secret under wraps. But would they go as far as murder?
Will Emerald be able to take her rightful place as President of her planet, come to terms with her dark past and discover the truth about her planet?
