One shot story: I fell inlove with my Bestfriend

Two bestfriend who didn't know that they loved each other. "Hi best!" the boy said to her and the girl replied "fine, you?" "fine, want to grab something to eat?" the boy replied. And they went to grab something ro eat at the cafeteria. They enjoyed. Until one day the boy tried to text her but no reply. He tried and tried but no reply. He even go to her class to check of she was there but none. When he was really worried, he visited the house of her bestfriend and found out that no one's there. He tried to asked the neighbors of her bestfriend and told him that they are at hospital. So the boy hurried and go to the hospital as soon as he heard that. When he arrived at the hospital he saw her bestfriend lying on the bed and so pale. He was so shock. The mother of her bestfriend told him that she has a lung cancer stage 1. He didn't know what to do. He only cried and hug her bestfriend. But he didn't realize when he was talking, he already confess to her.
