This is just something I wrote as a way to vent. I may add to it but I don't know if anyone will actually read this so ✌️.
This is just an alternate universe where Izuku Midoriya loses himself and commits sewer slide.. if I do add on then he'll live but if I don't you can either imagine him living or just accept that he dies. It doesn't explicitly say he does though.

The Original Plan
(In this world there are no quirks or heros.) Bakugo has bullied countless people throughout middle school, one being Kirishima. A student with no self confidence or self esteem, a student who has asked himself if he deserved to live because of Bakugo. On the last day of middle school Kirishima over hears Bakugo yelling at one of the students telling them to take a swan dive off the roof. As Kirishima walked out of the school thinking it was just another kid he'd harassed he saw something falling above him. As Bakugo and a few other kids exit the school a boy with greenish blackish hair plummeted to the ground. Kirishima just stood there and stared. At this moment, he wanted him to feel pain. He wanted to avenge this kid and himself. He wanted to murder Bakugo Katsuki. Izuku Midoriya was bullied and looked upon as a waste of space for the majority of his life. It only got worse when everyone found out that he was quirkless. From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
