When he and his friends are at U.A. for the entrance exams he meets an interesting girl and things escalate from there....
Rumi Usagiyama is a girl the same year and age as Izuku but her quirk is rabbit. When she meets Izuku she has a feeling of comfortableness around him even though she had just only met him. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.
