Michael's POV

"It's a ghost town...the mansion," he exhaled, closing his catlike eyes. "All we have is a history museum...just dust, Mike..."

I puffed out through my nostrils, trying to imitate me huffing if I hadn't had my mouth stitched so tightly up.

(This is collaborative book I'm making with @Sonadowlover2002 that is a sort of AU storyline of the X-men. She will be writing it in her OCs' POVs on her account while my OCs' POVs will be on this book. You can decide to read her's or mine or both, doesn't matter.
