Annabeth Chase wants to learn more about her past. After that fiasco with ACME, the Chief has been dead set on finding and detaining her. Add VILE to the mix, and it's getting pretty hard for the female in red to manage. Especially with new feelings arising for a certain hacker...
She thought VILE was the only criminal company in the industry, but a new high rising set of villains are coming up from seemingly out of nowhere. Even VILE doesn't know about them.
The crew may need to find some new allies, ones that are the most unexpected. Annabeth wants to learn more about her mom, but the only evidence she had was on VILE island.
Is searching through her old life worth it? And what is anybody gonna do about this new, high-rising criminal empire?
