Corbin is a young farmer living on the outskirts of the city of Vlendale. The townspeople of the city and the farmers in the rural areas are heavily segregated due to historical events. The King of Vlendale schedules a social gathering for the people in hopes of putting a bandaid on past scars.
Corbin attends the event as two princes, never before seen, are revealed to the town by the King himself, yet one of the boys seems super mysterious. He harbors a powerful secret just as the monarchy he is noble to. His emotions themselves are the key to keeping a safe kingdom, yet what happens when the prince meets the lonely farm boy and is struck with the strongest emotion of them all? Not only does he provide protection to his monarchy, but he could also possibly be the downfall of the throne.
*I used a few elements and aspects from the movie Frozen and incorporated them into this story. However I promise it's overall nothing like Frozen, and is in no way meant for children or immature audiences.*

Astren City, and all surrounding area, have the highest crime rate in the northern part of the country. Dozens of crime families constantly trying to take the throne, as well as corruption lurking around every corner, do not aid in that fact at all. Salem Heart's father, Jack Heart, happens to be the Astren City Chief of Police, a title which holds a lot of weight and a rank that claims even more power. He's well respected, and amazing at his job. That said, greatness is expected of Salem as well. Of course that isn't a problem, Salem will always be loyal to the law. He was raised by it, and upholding it is his future career aspiration. He thinks he has his life figured out. The fact that his ex-boyfriend comes from a notorious crime family, and has been arrested several times by Jack's own department, doesn't matter. Salem's passed that, he's over Atlas Marino and he always will be. He will ignore that scratch in his record, and cover it up with his success. Salem is offered a job to help with an investigation that could benefit his future career astronomically. He thinks it's a win-win situation, he gets the recognition he desires, and the streets will be that much safer. It's all black and white to him, easy to understand. He likes the order, and he craves the accomplishment of defeating bad with good. It's all black and white. Until he gets caught in the grey. The stress really weighs down on him and all he can do is ride his horse Star to forget his coming birthday. There is always two stable boys ready with his horse when ever he comes by on Tuesdays or Thursdays without fail. Star is always properly groomed, and washed to perfection. Harry has a gut feeling it isn't the two regular stable boys, since they're always immaculately clean and he knows working in a stable all day is pretty dirty. He never says anything and always comliments the boys, since his parents always taught him to treat people with kindness. As Harry's 18th birthday approaches he hosts a ball for everyone of any class to come and celebrate with him, and hopefully he will find his future partner.
