Everyone has that one thing that can bring them down. Whether it is a word or even a situation, everyone has their breaking points where everything seems like useless in the grand scheme of things. Jacob Landers - better known as Jake to his friends and family - was not the typical popular kid in school, or at least he thought so. it was just that everyone knew him, and this was because of his nature. He is the kind and happy kid who always has a smile and makes people happy by his presence. But all of a sudden, people around him start to notice that he isn't as cheerful or happy, keeps to himself and its was weird. Nobody knew what was going on with him. Will they be able to figure it out in time or will it be too late? ***Warning: Contains scenes of self harm, attempted suicide and depression.**** This is in honor of mental health awareness and survivors. We must band together to brig to the forefront of the issue of mental health and stop the use of stereotypes and bullying that often comes in association with it. Every human being regardless of gender or race can have mental health issues and we as a united front must strive to help in normalizing asking for help.

And, of course, this new 'friend', will not leave him alone. So now he's miserable. Except, Sawyer's making him wonder if he'd been miserable all along. And if so, how is he (maybe) getting better?
