in a world of Superheroes, 11 year old orphan boy Drake is picked on every day by bullies and older kids whenever he is transferred to any other orphanage, one day while he takes out the trash he finds another boy taking the garbage can lid to use for a target practice, he finds that the boy named himself Rock, he's been training himself to become the greatest superhero ever, even great enough to rival against the only super hero team in the USA, Drake tells Rock that he had seen himself form a type of healing factor from being bullied and beaten up everyday, Rock proposes the idea that the two of them become superheroes, with Rock's amazing accuracy and Drake's healing factor, they would become Captain Rock and his side kick Mix Man, together the duo will try there best to become the best heroes in the history of heroes, but will it be as easy as they think?
