this is a rewrite of Sonic 06, there are going to be a lot of changes; I'm keeping all the same characters but I might add people, I'm not ignoring Shadow the Hedgehog however I will be tweaking the story a bit to fit my narrative, I played 06 first so I'm going to ignore Rush a bit. The chapters will jump from campaign to campaign since the stories overlap and I don't want to write the same thing over and over. Shipping will be in this not sure how subtle I'll be with it honestly. I'm changing everyone's ages cause I plan on making some fun filler moments because I can. They are all aged up by 5 years I'll list all the ages below.

(Sonadow)- because I just don't like the idea of them together but just so you know I AM NOT! against characters falling in love with the same sex I just don't like the idea of Shadow with Sonic since they're Rivals and it kinda feels weird to me. 2. (Shadow x Rouge)- because I like more of the idea Rouge with Knuckles and Shadow doesn't really see Rouge as a friend more like a work partner instead so that's why 3. (Tails x Cosmo)- Yes I know that Cosmo was Tails first love interests but I never really cared about Cosmo so yea and besides I like Cream with Tails more than I do them 4. (Shadow x Maria)- because I've always saw them as a sister and brother more than a couple...5. (Mephiles x Silver)- again it just feels strange to me I just don't think they go to together in my opinion....

For those who have never read Sonic (Archie) comics I suggest reading issues 193-195, will help to understand some points of this story. Due to the deadline to submit the fanfic, I had to make changes to the original ideas I had for the story. Flashbacks were shortened and were counted by the characters themselves. I removed some parts and characters. Maybe one day I will rewrite this story. the cover art was made by me and can be found on my deviantart.
