What happens if the man you're in love with, is loved by someone else, close to you?

In this love story, two sisters fall in love with one man, Jacob Phillips. He and Wendy, have been dating since high school. But since Wendy's younger sister, Erica, had suffered from a brain tumor, she never had a chance to bring him home and introduce him to her family. Until one day, Wendy told Jacob they can no longer see each other, without giving him a reason. As time passed, Erica meets Jacob and falls in love with him. Wendy on the other hand, never told her family about Jacob, especially to her younger sister, who is dying. Jacob is still much in love with Wendy, but how can he prove his love, when he is getting married with Erica.

Will Wendy ever get's a chance to opened up her feelings to Jacob before it's too late?
