A young woman is attacked and left for dead in a barren forest, deep in the night. Her barely alive, wounded body is found by a mysterious man who brings her back to life - for a price....
She remembers nothing prior to waking up, and she can only use her feelings and her mind. She's confined to a strange house that she doesn't know, with only books and candlelight for company. While she learns about the world through old pages, she tries to remember what life was like before she came into this house - though she's not even sure when she entered the front door. It's a complete guessing game, and she only has the ability to follow the orders from a man who only calls her his 'Doll'....
