After the events of Trolls World Tour, all the tribes are all together in a town called Trollstopia. However, they don't get along immediately. Poppy has the brilliant plan to make a concert where all the tribes come together to express their music to each other to show true harmony. However, that all changes with the troll's new found power that releases a positive energy from the strings. Will this bring the trolls together, or break them apart?
