In addition to rescuing the survivors of the Frontline Base camp, the Alpha Team was tasked with locating a strange hospital that stands contemptuously upright in the middle of a narrow and dark forest while battling the creatures they have been pursuing for nearly seven years.

Will the Alpha Team complete their mission after arriving at the hospital surrounded by the dense forest of Sagum Island Region, with countless freaky creatures hounding them? Or will they return incomplete, barely recognizable, and utterly empty-handed?
