I thought I was ready to but I wasnt, no matter how many books I read about dogs and how to train them before I got a dog it was still difficult when I got the dog but the fun part about that is that you can learn how to be a great owner with your dog by your side and you both can experience it together, oh and when you adopt make sure that your dog IS part of your family, like I did with my dog. Sure he was my dog but to me he was my brother. So when you adopt make sure you make that dog apart of your family because a dog only knows how to look at you as a member of the pack and to them that's family.All Rights Reserved
