A compilation of short stories about the Higashi siblings before the events of the main series! All of these stories are canon and they provide extra insight on their relationships as well as the world they live in. 

Some background information: the Higashi siblings are a part of the Yokai race, specifically they are known as Kitsune. Their father is an emperor so they are considered royalty. The place they live in is known as Yokai No Kuni ("Country of Yokai" in Japanese). I took inspiration from Asia-and more specifically medieval Japan-for the geographical features, government, and wildlife, but this place is COMPLETELY FICTIONAL! It is not made to perfectly resemble Japanese history or anything like that. However, I am open to criticism if I get something wrong! (Just be nice about it haha)
