After Chrys, head of security at a large concert venue is believed to have witnessed an assassination of a senator she must go into hiding. A friend of hers had visited a small town called Silver Springs and told her how beautiful and small it is. She decides to hide out there until her FBI contact can find the killer and arrest him.
While in Silver Springs Chrys visits Jewels Cafe and Julian gives her a PSL. She meets her mates but fights the bond because she wants to keep them safe from whoever is after her.
Her three mates help her save herself and help solve the case allowing Chrys to open her heart and arms to her amazing men.

I smelt something calming, like the smell of rain and vanilla and suddenly, a guy came in charging at Gabriel. Gabriel didn't have any time to react as he was knocked to the ground.
